We have bought several vehicles from Shottenkirk West Burlington over the years. I have to tell you they have always been good to us but this last experience with our vehicle that had to go in for service work they went above and beyond to help us out! A huge shout out to Tom Jacobs, Troy Patterson, Matt Murray and Jason Moles. That group right there makes us not want to buy a vehicle from any other dealership again. Definitely recommend West Burlington Shottenkirk to anyone!
Very curteous staff. I feel like I'm in a hospital waiting room being inform of every process. My car is the patient. I like that, a lot!
Service department is extremely helpful. I had an emergency type situation and they got a towing company on it right away.
I had such a wonderful experience at Shottenkirk the last couple of days. I went in on a whim, hoping to snag a cheap trade in better than the one I was driving. My credit is less than desirable, so I had pretty low expectations. This morning I left with my "new" '08 Kia Sorento and I'm IN LOVE! They helped me finance, which I never thought would even be possible and made sure the payments would be affordable for me. This dealership is a joke and the service department is an even bigger joke. My husband and I have bought 5 vehicles from them over and the last 15 years.... my granddaughter had bought two cars....my sister has bought two vehicles and my daughter two vehicles ....all new vehicles and the service we get over a problem is pathetic.....my sister just bought a new Forte and the service engine lite came on and she took it back to them only to be told it would be a week or more before they could get to it..but said we'll give you... read more

Such an awesome experience! Our salesman Jacob was a 5star gentleman and everyone else was just as good. Literally let us take our time with choosing just the exact vehicle we needed/wanted. In and out!
