Worst car buying experience EVER! I bought a brand new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee High Altitude Feb. 20th. The start of the transaction started out good, and was fine thru signing of papers. I did feel the time to work thru all the details was a bit lengthy but that’s apart of car buying these days. Ed was super fantastic! No one batted an eye that we were there until after 10pm to finish my deal. They were very professional, always checked on us, and offered snacks when they knew we would be there well past closing and we hadn't eaten yet! Highly recommend! The dealership has done well, but unhappy with my Jeep.I’m still a Jeep fan but I have a 2017 Jeep Renegade witch have been a problem since I got it. excessive oil use, and failure to start sometimes are some problems. I contacted Penny at CAC and she hinted that some new cars use a little oil, wasn’t sure if she could help or not. We will see. One time I was 1 1/2 guards low with 3000 miles till next oil change.
Ordered a top for my jeep on January 19th of this year...still hasn't arrived..they finally told me on February 6th that is was on backorder, it's like it's no big deal that I've already paid for this

The service department tried to up-sell me services, and they pressured me into thinking it was services that were necessary (they were't). Even my husband felt like they were slimey. No one bothered to call me when my car was finished. The same jerk was there at checkout. He continued to be condescending to me, and I asked to speak to a manager. These jokers never answer their phone! I have tried for almost 3 days to get a hold of them. 6 calls, 5 messages and no one has ever called me back! I drove to a different dealership...worth the drive to be treated with kindness.
