The purchase experience was amazing and we love our Jeep. However like most other reviews I’ve read the service post sale is awful. I had a 2015 Challenger that was waiting in a back ordered part for so long I finally took it to Ed Volyles to get it fixed because no one would call me back to give me an update. Now we are in the middle of trying to get our 2017 Wrangler transmission fixed. It has been with the service department for almost two months. Due to this we have been unable to use our Jetski at all this summer.
RecommendedNed and Kayla went out of their way to make sure my kids and I would be safe for our road trip. They went above and beyond on a Friday night to squeeze us in for an oil change and did it with smiles on their faces & genuine care. I highly recommend them!!!
We have had nothing but problems with both vehicles we have bought from them! We will never buy a vehicle from them AGAIN or any of their other dealerships!

Purchased my jeep Cherokee here last November and love it. Had an easy experience and everyone is super friendly, especially the sales rep John Little. Very community oriented dealership. The service side is just as amazing. Today took my car for normal maintenance along with check on a recall. They not only hooked me up with a rental car, they returned my car a day early which was a total plus for me. They even price matched my maintenance for me. No questions asked. Super friendly staff.
