I have been putting off calling customer service for my broken zipper on my wrangler top just because I dislike going through the hassle and probably not getting the outcome I was expecting anyway. BUT today I spoke to a Joe in service and he was extremely helpful... like the best customer service I've experienced in a while. Either this business knows how to train their employees or this guy is just awesome at what he does. Anyway, definately satified with the outcome and my Jeep I bought this year.
We had to take our car in for recalls and auxiliary battery issues. The battery took several weeks to get due to circumstances out of Shittenkirks control. Shottenkirk put us in a rental, bought a tank of gas, and did a complementary oil change on our car once everything got fixed. The only complaint was with the service manager, for the most part we had to call him for updates. My wife would call him and the next day he would call me not her, which made her mad. Other than communication we had a good experience.
They used to have great customer service until Shottenkirk took them over now it's awful service! A week wait for an appointment for my water pump leak! I took it to Kauffman Tire and it was completed for a lot less then the phone quote and completed in a couple of hours the same day! I called for a four tire replacement quote and when the adminstrative assistant gets back to me she has no answers for tire options and says bring it in but they are booked out. This place is a joke!!! I will never buy anything from there again.. the customer service there is terrible after we signed the papers!! Before then everyone was so nice, amazing how they change once they get there commission!!!
Sales process was great BUT after that it's been downhill from there. We have had multiple issues with the Jeep vehicle we purchased from the beginning. Emails to general manager have not been responded to. Poor customer service and have no intention of helping you with a vehicle that is less than mediocre.
Service department is a joke. The service advisors don’t call you back, despite leaving three messages hours apart. When they do call they act as if nothing happened. This was the third problem I’ve had with this dealership so I will never go back and will make sure all my friends and family never go as well.
