Just want to thank Chris Morgan, my service advisor, for going to bat for me with my Chrysler Warranty. I bought my 2012 Ram 1500 at Cherokee Dodge, now Shottenkirk. I have taken it to other dealers when I had problems and they were closer. One of the other dealers refused to even look at my truck even though the check engine light was on.
