0 Stars Must not need business. Guess we will take our business elsewhere. Went to look at a truck and SUV. The Sales guy kept disappearing 3 or 4 times we waited and waited then had to find him again. Finally got to look at 1 car and he dissapeared again so we never got to drive it. Then when we found him and asked for pricing and payments finally got it 20 min later only to have him dissapeared again. After the 4th time we left. Almost 3 hrs wasted for nothing. Not cool!!
Disappointment in this dealership just scratches the surface. The management team of this establishment clearly endorses a culture of dishonesty. Do not expect courtesy, customer service or integrity from this outfit. They dropped the ball on registering my car and instead of taking ownership for their oversight deflected and blatantly ignored this customer. I bought my new Ram Pickup from Matt Claxton and I am very happy with Matt’s stellar service. Also, there was a small ding in the passenger door that happened during shipping. Matt arranged for it to be fixed. I don’t know the name of the dent repair guy, but he had me in and out in 15 minutes, and you can’t even tell that there was ever a dent. Amazing! I highly recommend Shottenkirk
