they scratched our brand new 75k dollar vehicle in 3 places kept it a week and its dirty and still scratched. I'm beyond pissed. but I'll never ever darken their doors ever again
bought a new truck and paid to having running boards put on and they sent it to a company who scratched up our new 75k truck then they kept it for a week and just brought it back and they missed some of the scratches and the customer service was zero during this time and no compensation for the scratches or not being able to use my new truck. I lost all excitement about getting a new truck...I look at it and I just feel so disappointed and sad...I won't be coming back because I have cried over this and it seems nobody cares ... read more

Bought a vehicle from these day almost 90 days ago. Still have NOT received a title. General manager could care less. Title department has broken several promises to deliver this title. Shouldn’t someone be accountable here?
