Izzy my salesman was upfront, Awesome to work with and efficient! Sales manager was great agreed on the deal over the phone! That had me ready when I got there to test drive the car and went straight to finance! Finance was great and didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need, very honest and I appreciate that! Great experience! Definitely will buy another car through this dealership!
This service department is so rude to their customers. Honestly if you don't like your job quit and find a new one and don't take it out on your customers.
Get rid of people like Elias Pastor that try to upsell my wife some $90 engine cleaner for going 8000 miles between oil changes on a synthetic oil change (which is completely normal according to the manual). He even said it would void our warranty if she didn't use it. Straight up liar! Fire him! My wife would've done it of course not knowing she was dealing with a snake. Luckily she called me!
After days of financing troubles, Shottenkirk sold my car mere hours before I was set to buy it. They will never receive my business for as long as I live in this area. Zero stars.
