I wish I would have never bought a car from Shottenkirk!! We have had it less than a year and we have put over half the cost of the car in repairs!! We have put $7,000 in repair cost and the car was sold to us for $10,000. NEVER buy a car from this dealership!
Service department is terrible. They over tightened the oil filter the last time causing the seal to split. The majority of the oil leaked out and had to have the car towed back to the shop. Was promised a free oil change the next time was told that they would mark it the system. Apparently they did not to 15 minutes to convince them.

Bought an Extended Warranty, correction; I was given an extended warranty because the finance department screwed up on the paperwork so he added the extended warranty to make up the difference and included 20 oil changes, but I digress, and the extended warranty only covers the parts for the repair. It doesn't cover labor, fluids, shop materials, or anything outside of the part that failed. My pinion seal failed, still cost me $288 out of pocket. GARBAGE service department — even if you have an appointment expect to wait 3+ hours for even the most basic of services If you are purchasing a car DO NOT buy their warranty because you are required to use their sub standard service department. This place used to be my favorite dealer, great staff, knowledgeable service and I just don’t know what happened.
