After a bad experience with Shottenkirk a couple of years ago, I made a terrible decision to give them another chance. All I have to say is I can't believe they are still in business,considering how they treat people. My advice is go anywhere else!!
Had oil change appt for 9:30 am. Got here at 9 :15 am. At 10:45 am went to check on status and told my truck got pulled out of line and had not been started. not impressed. sitting here still waiting for oil change to be completed.

So Shottenkirk had my car for 5 days for an evap hose because they were backed up. I needed a control arm recall fix that I was unaware of.... they replaced the control arms, but they forgot to bolt them down. I called them Friday evening about noises and clanking, but they asked me to give it the weekend since they had done extensive work. What?! Bought 4 vehicles from here before Shotenkirk took it over. Since Shottenkirk took it over, horrible customer service in their “service” department. Will not buy here
