Rude and treat customer wrong and try to buy off bad reviews
We purchased a vehicle from this dealer on Jan. 31st 2018. The paperwork for the tag was not completed correctly, so we made a trip to the dealer to have it done ( on a Sat) they had to keep it and send it back to us. We had to pay to have it mailed to Raleigh so the paperwork could be completed. Our temporary tag went dead on March 17th, we contacted Chuck Vautrot our salesman Thur 15th to ask about it, told us he would get back to us. This was the first big purchase for me. I’ve always wanted a Jeep so I decided to go look around one day. The staff was super friendly and welcoming . I then decided to bring home my wonderful Jeep the next day . We had a guy named Don who was absolutely great. It’s unreal how nice the people who work there are . They didn’t just give me my dream Jeep but they also were making us feel at home during the process while offering me and my daughter free drinks and snacks while waiting. Brought my truck into the service department for an oil change got my truck back with the service slip that says everything's wrong with it and my transmission and my power steering fluid or both checked na. as I was walking out I stopped one of the service managers or one of the service advisor and ask them do you guys check transmission fluid he says yes as long as it's not a sealed transmission which mine is not however the technician doesn't have the proper tool then he can't check it so power steering I'm still kind of ... read more
