I came there for 2 recalls on my Dodge caravan. I arrived about 1:30 and we left at 5! Long wait but there was a child play room, WiFi, cable TV, vending machines and bathrooms. Professional and nice. Just long wait time!

We have paid cash for 3 cars here before Shottenkirk bought it out over the span of the past 5 years and never had one issue. We purchased a package of 4 oil changes 6 months ago and have two remaining but we recently traded in our old vehicle for a new one a few weeks ago and I'm due for an oil change so I thought I'd use my remaining 2 oil changes on our new vehicle. Let me start with the fact that I hate car dealers. Most of them in experience are crooks. I had been going to the Jeep dealer in Roswell and finally gave up on them a couple years ago after every visit turned into a repair for something. I decided to give this dealership a try when I got in several recalls for my 2007 Wrangler. Scheduling was very smoothing, When I arrived Steve my consultant was friendly and very helpful.
