It was a great experience when they were collecting money; however when it comes to integrity and customer service and pure do the right thing - they need a lot of work. We were sold a car with bald tires and were told there is nothing they can do about it but the warranty package that was sold to us should also cover it, but of course it doesn’t cover bald tires...so now we have to buy new tires for a newly purchased vehicle. Proceed with caution or just a lot of money!

We have had several MAJOR issues with our 2016 Jeep Cherokee we bought brand new. Can’t get anyone to return our call regarding the issues. The car is awful burns a significant amount of oil which started from the beginning, our most recent issue is the transmission, the car will not go out of high gear and then will not move. We will never do business with this dealership again if they do not fix the problems. I DO NOT Recommend buying a car or doing business with Shottenkirk nor do I recommend buying a Jeep product.

Came in on "Saturday" and got my Jeep fixed by end of day !!! Despite most of the staff stuffed with Turkey!! :)
I scheduled an alignment for 08:00. Arrived 15 minutes early and checked my car in. 10 minutes later they told me it needed an alignment. 2 hours later they finished it. Why did I make an appointment for 08:00? Because the lady who booked it said it would be done quickly. This isn’t the first service done with them that was exceedingly long. I bought the Jeep there with an oil change plan. I won’t have anymore service done there.
My granddaughter went to buy her first car here. With her limited credit and age, 18, I went along to be with her for moral support when they told her she was denied. Boy, was I wrong! They worked so hard to find the right car, the right price range, and low car payment to fit her budget. I cannot say enough good things about Shottenkirk. Don Gatlin was the nicest easiest laid back salesman you will ever do business with. Thanks so much for all you did to make her dream come true!
