They are no haggle and help you out anyway they can they turned a gmc guy into a Dodge guy! They made my whole family Happy !! John little known as the bearded sales man was the best I have known him since we where kids and he is honest and will make you feel like your at home!!! Plus shottenkirk does so much for this community we are lucky to have a dealership that cares as much as they do!!!
Do NOT purchase from this dealership. They have the worst customer service i have ever seen. They will not return any phone calls. We have had a recall on our Pacifica , we called 5 times leaving voicemails amd nobody from the service department would return our phone calls. When we finally got a hold of someone after we continued to call back the service team was not even aware of the recall. How can you sell a car and not know the manufacturer has a recall out. Do Not give them your business!!!!!!!
Everyone was great at Shottenkirk! We came in not necessarily ready to purchase that day, but they were patience with us and flexible in helping us find the right car! They stayed past open hours to assist us and made the purchasing process haggle-free and painless!
