Wrote a very big check to purchase my “certified” used impala here just a short 60 days ago. Here I am back for the 2nd time for repairs that I’m expected to pay for. They promise to take care of you and say they want you to be a satisfied customer. But give you the run around when it comes time to live up to that promise.
The experience I was given was beyond my expectations. I left the dealership feeling like a part of a new family. Mike Lewis. amazing salesman got me better then what I could expect for a vehicle choice. got me in 1500 Chevrolet Silverado dam near new. his atitive listing. on what I can do with what little I had was amazing. he works more then hard for what he earns I highly recommend Mike Lewis. if his mangers read this he need to be praised an a good raise too. he made me feel like I became one of the shottenkirk family.

Just bought a new C7 Grand Sport convertible from Paul, Eddie and the team at Shottenkirk. Absolutely fantastic experience. Fully expected to purchase our Vette from one of the big national corvette dealers but Paul and Eddie put together a great deal that let me purchase locally. I just bought a new Silverado here and I think I met every person in the office last night. They are the friendliest, helpful and honest group of folks at a car dealership, I have ever met! They put an exclamation point on above and beyond. I have purchased several trucks in my life and my last Silverado I put 265k miles on it, sold it and it is still on the road. I still remember the commercial..."like a Rock!" they weren't kidding! Love you all!
