We drove a little over 3 hours to look at a truck. We had been working with Paul Cunningham on the phone about what we were looking for. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. they were so pushy and forced us to sit and fill our paperwork. when all we wanted to do was look around. and when they found out we were financing our bank, they wouldn't let it go. they wanted to finance with them. they weren't mindful when we told them we had an apt. we had to get to. brought us one car and when we asked to look at another, they were very resistant to only sell this one. found out it was way overpriced. and when we told them we were going though our bank, lowered the price on that car. kept leaving us alo... read more
I walked in at lunch to test drive a vehicle and left later that evening in my new van! From the test drive to negotiations to finalizing financing to helping me move all of my things from the old van to the new one, the process was fast, smooth, easy, and fun! Nothing like buying a car and having issues - 4 trips out to them within a week and nothing really they can do except providing a new tire that was broke in the first place but my time, miles on my car, and gas means nothing to them - I am told that I need to look at the silver lining of things. Nothing like making someone feel like they got my money and now I mean nothing!!
