My husband and I just bought a Colorado from the dealership. We were very pleased with the salesman Mike who worked with us. He was friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy or overly aggressive. We also had a good experience with the gentleman in the finance department who explained everything clearly and thorough without being condescending. I purchased 2 cars back in 2012 from you guys. I have asked 3 separate times since then to be removed from all calls and sales information from you. Just 10 minutes ago I recieved a robo call from the general sales manager, a robo voicemail so I will try this route, stop calling me! I'm not sure how to get the point across. To me it seems very simple.
We recently bought our “dream” car from Shottenkirk and could not have been more pleased with our experience. Mike, our salesman was very knowledgeable about the car we were looking at and it’s history as well as having good insight into what we were looking for. Shottenkirk has been our car dealer and repair service since they first came to Waukee and I do not see that changing.

Went to shottenkirk this evening to look at a truck the had listed on their website, could not find it on the lot so I went inside to ask about it and stood at the receptionist desk for 10 minutes while all of the people walked by me and did not ask if they could help me, mind you there was no receptionist at tne desk the entire time i was there Someone finlaly was walking out the door and i asked him if anyone worked here i wanted to talk to a salesman and he walked up to tell some one i assume and never came back don't eve... read more
Awesome sales people. They are great to work with tries very hard to get you into the vehicle of your choice. And easy to make transitions for trading your old with new. I recommend talking with them to see what works for you.
