I was very pleased with the sales team that I worked with when purchasing my truck. They worked hard to get me a great vehicle at an affordable price. However, since then dealing with service needs have been a complete pain. At the time of purchase, it was heavily suggested that I spend the extra $,$$$ for the dealership backed, extended warranty. In all of my years of dealing with car dealers, Shottenkirk is by far the easiest and most honest to do business with! They were straight shooters with me the entire time. After I bought my vehicle, they called me a couple of days later and said they forgot to put new tires on it! That's unheard of. Their service department is also efficient and friendly. They will absolutely be my go to dealership for all future purchases!
I recently purchased the car of my dreams from here and had the best experience. Eddie Perez was my salesman and he was excellent. Extremely helpful and professional throughout the whole experience.
