The level of service you get at Shottenkirk is phenomenal. Much better than at the bigger places like Bob Brown and Karl. Todd Krauth is the best car salesman I’ve ever had, hands down. No up-selling, no BS, it’s all honesty and integrity. I have bought three cars from them personally and my friends/family have bought another seven. That’s right, TEN cars from a handful of people. I wouldn’t buy my car anywhere else!
we purchased a new 2016 Silverado 3500 from Shottenkirk Waukee, it is not 36 months old with 52k miles we need the use of this truck 6 months out of the year so it has been in the shop 7 times everytime something different, the last time it was there for a month waiting on a sensor, they have done all of the service work GM nor the dealer have offered any satisfaction for the 3 months loss of use of this truck I would not recommend this dealership to anyone from the purchase to all of the issues none have been a good experia... read more
