I was told I was going to buy a vehicle for MSRP via text. When I arrived he then told me there is a price adjustment. My sales person did not mention this prior to me coming. The price adjustment was $2,500 over MSRP. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time.
GM told us they are not hurting for buisness and told us to walk out the door when trying to negotiate price on a used jeep. They tried selling it to us $1500 above listing price on their website thinking we wouldnt notice. It had SNOW tires on and they would not put all seasons on or come down on the price to compensate. High pressure sales. had to have me in that car "today" flat out lied to me about the amount of tax incentive Chevy has left. I was told they had 0% financing and I have excellent credit. But I went to buy the car they said 0 percent didn't really exist. I didn't know how much my interest rate was till after they were shaking my hand and congratulating me on the sale. Because we bought a 2016 Chevy Sliverado and when we traded the truck for a 2019 at another car dealership it had been wrecked they had a Car fax and you NEVER told us it was wrecked and I would never recommend anyone buying a use car or truck
