Asked to be showed a vehicle, but would not do it unless I gave them all my information. Had to get a manager to let me see the car. I was not trying to drive it, just making sure I fit in it. I asked when a new one was gonna come in versus the used, and would not give me the information unless I give them all of my information first. I left and went to Granger Chevy and got the deal wrapped up and gave my information after I was satisfied with the vehicle.

I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone and will never go back. First, they lie and say all these warranties are not optional which is a total lie. Their prices listed online are a lie because of their “non-optional warranties.” Next I got only 45 minutes down the road and the van I bought from them broke down, leaving me stranded on the side of the road. We purchased a vehicle, with a service contract. We were told that oil changes would be free at ANY Chevrolet dealership. We had the oil changed the first time using the contract, we were charged $35. I got in touch with Jacob Madsen, finance manager. Pretty messed up to lie and make up a story about another buyer wanting my car to buy. Travis Black you should be ashamed for lying to your customers who spent a lot of money.
