Very good business people and know what they are doing
Fortunately our spa only needed a small part which they had on the truck. Installed quickly and service guy was nice. Labor and part were priced appropriately, service call on top of that was quit pricey.
The gentleman was very professional. Any repairs that were needed were discussed and completed immediately. I was impressed that he had all parts on hand to complete job. Very impressed
Shortell Spa repair was great to work with. They confirmed the appointment several times leading up to the service call and notified me 30 minutes prior to their arrival. Alan was great, very friendly and efficient. He created an access port on the side wall of the spa to make it easier to drain the spa. He clearly communicated post repair instructions and covered the warranty period. We're very satisfied with the service from Shortell, they were outstanding!
