They quoted me a flat service fee, plus parts. The new part cost half a dollar, and that's what they charged me. Competent, reasonable, and honest as the day is long.
These guys are amazing! It took me a long time to find someone willing to and capable of working on my unit. They came to troubleshoot it and were able to replace my controller board and heating element SAME DAY. This was more convenient for me than having him try to find a part that may no longer be in production or even under warranty. They also measured for a new cover and came back to install. I will continue to use these guys for all my hot tub needs! Thank you Alan and Kim!!!

Service man had the flu which delayed or call 2 more weeks. Work was great and he had everything he needed on the truck. All done in one trip!
I am a long time hot tub owner. My previous repairman had retired. Shortell did excellent work, appeared as scheduled, had a hard to find part on the truck and did the work at a very fair price. I am a customer from now on.
