He was pleasant, speedy and clean. Very professional. Only issue was he was late getting to our house without a call.
Professional job!
It was very fast, efficient, and hassle free. I definitely recommend them for any hot tub repairs
Showed up on time and was very quick to diagnose the problem . Very knowledgeable and courteous. Great Job!
Excellent! Very knowledgeable. Neat. Pleasant and focused on his task
They quoted me a flat service fee, plus parts. The new part cost half a dollar, and that's what they charged me. Competent, reasonable, and honest as the day is long.
These guys are amazing! It took me a long time to find someone willing to and capable of working on my unit. They came to troubleshoot it and were able to replace my controller board and heating element SAME DAY. This was more convenient for me than having him try to find a part that may no longer be in production or even under warranty. They also measured for a new cover and came back to install. I will continue to use these guys for all my hot tub needs! Thank you Alan and Kim!!!
Great folks, kept us in the loop and did exactly what they said they would! Gave us lots of information to assist with maintaining our new hot tub. Thanks a million folks!! Sure wish you did pools. Gerard and Cindy Homer
