I had a hard to get to pump gasket to change. Alan came out and fixed it in an hour! Reasonable price. Excellent service. Iâ ll use them again! Hard to find a good spa repair company!
My experience was exemplary, they were honest, helpful, and timely. Price wise they were very competitive. Their only business is hot tubs and spas, there was no doubt as to their expertise or willingness. In fact I retained them to follow up on another issue I was having with my hot tub. My earlier attempts with others entities, including the company from whom I purchased the hot tub, was to sell me a new unit, to hell with our original tub. Keep up the good work and customer service. Thank you!

Best experience I have ever had with any repair company in my life. Put info on home repair and they came out the next day. Exactly on time. Were very nice. Checkef5out the spa. Within 10 minutes told me what was wrong. Got the job done quickly,effienctly and cleaned up everything when they were done. My advice to anyone needing their services is to use them. They did a great job
Highly recommend this company. They were a little late due to traffic on I35 but they kept us updated. A small part was broken and it was fixed quickly.
Alan was great, arrived early to schedule and fixed the problem that could not be fixed by store where spa was purchased. He also found 2 other problems while I watched. Totally honest company to deal with!
Excellent communication so I was able to make a well informed decision. Responsive in that they adjusted their work schedule to accommodate my urgent situation with timely work completion at a fair price. I recommend Shortell Spa Repair without reservation.
