They did a great job
Highly recommend this company. They were a little late due to traffic on I35 but they kept us updated. A small part was broken and it was fixed quickly.
Alan was great, arrived early to schedule and fixed the problem that could not be fixed by store where spa was purchased. He also found 2 other problems while I watched. Totally honest company to deal with!
Excellent communication so I was able to make a well informed decision. Responsive in that they adjusted their work schedule to accommodate my urgent situation with timely work completion at a fair price. I recommend Shortell Spa Repair without reservation.
Very professional was on time and easy to talk with to understand the problem.
We were extremely pleased with home advisors quick response and recommendation.. we ve tried several times to find a local spa repair company... thanks to you, Shortell was recommended and we contacted them immediately.
