They repaired our old hot tub that we got from a friend and in a timely manner! We are enjoying it throughly. Thanks again to this team! Amazing prices too. 🙌🏻

Very professional, Repaired my hot tub in a jiffy. Also ordered a new cover for my hot tub. They measured and place the order, can't wait to get it. Said they will deliver and put on to insure a good fit. Will let you know how that goes.

This Company is Awesome and Dedicated too there Profession. They call me warning me that they would be late "Bang" Bullseye the first cool points for calling. They came out the gates running, too finish they Job, they Checked the Tub operation status. I would like to thank Alan for the outstanding work he did on my hot tub. He is professional & courteous along with being clean , knowledgeable & efficient. I was impressed that he had the parts right on his truck. I will continue to use Shortell if I need any more repairs on this or future hot tubs. He knows what he is doing. He also upgraded the light so I can have all; the colors instead of just one.
