Job well done! Fair price and professional service
Technician was extremely nice, helpful. Gave a lesson on how to upkeep my hot tub. all around nice guy!
Great job. Could not see leak at first but continued looking until it was found! Very impressed! Will use again
They found the leak right away & changed out the cracked valve & were done & on there way in one hour. I also liked the 30 day warranty that if a leak appears they will come back & repair it without a service charge. Very good at what they do & have fair pricing.
Would have liked to know the service charge prior to them coming out. Otherwise, good service and efficient. Got my spa up and working after 10 years of non-use.
Excellent service I really appreciate everything that Allen did he have he did a wonderful job thank you so much I would recommend the company to anyone with the pool and spa thank God for your service in the hard work that you put in
I had heater problems and Allen practically made the part that I needed. I had a breaker problem and he replaced that, my tub is working good again, thank you for your service Shortell Spa Repair!
Very nice company to deal with. Provided great service
