If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. They completely upgraded my aging spa and had it running in one visit and 3 hours.
The Company reps did a good job and were friendly and efficient.
My tub has a whirlpool in it. They came in, knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it very quickly.
All the employees appeared to be competent and proficient.
Tried two different hot tub technicians before using Shortell. The first , Freddie America, came out and couldn't even diagnose the root cause. The second was from AAfordable Pools/Spa. Their tech wouldn't couldn't even take the panels off and was very rude and unprofessional. Finally got a return call from Shortell and he analyzed the problem, on the coldest day of the year, and had it fixed and ready to go in under a matter of minutes. Great price, Great service, Great people. Will be my hot tub tech for life.

Alan and Jonathan actually live in Waco Texas and drove all the way to Mesquite yo fix my hot tub. After making some repairs they left. There was some miscommunication between myself and the owner, Alan. He called during the Christmas Holidays and said they would come out on zJan. 14th. The came out on the 10th and fixed everything and then some and didn't charge me anything.
