Both representative and serviceman, Alan, were very friendly and professional. I'm grateful they responded to my request for service.

They were on time, two man team, worked diligently to identify and fix problem, drained, refilled, tuned up, price reasonable, exceeded expectations. Will hire for any future needs. Only drawback - it took a while to schedule but my need wasn't urgent so no issue to ultimately get it done. They are busy and they should be, they did great work.

It is very hard to find anyone to work on a free standing spa, they were worth the wait.
They were very busy so it took a while to have my appointment but they were very pleasant to work with and did an excellent job.
I had to wait a couple of weeks because they were backed up on service calls, but it was certainly worth the wait. It took about 15 minutes to diagnose the problem and then he replaced the bad part. I was impressed with Allen's knowledge and ability to diagnose and fix the problem in less than an hour. If you want a service guy that knows his stuff and want it done right....
