It took us quite a while to connect and get on the shedule! Once the got here it took them about an hour to access and fix my leak. Did not even have to drain my tub! My Spa is 15 years old an it needs some TLC. I the charges were right in line with what I expected! I will use them again!

Well, took him awhile to finally come out to work on my hot tub because he was so back logged, but he always returned my calls and texts and the prices were not that bad. I would use him again if i needed to.

I am very pleased with the cost and honesty of Shortell Spa They were the ONLY ones that were listed for a walk-in bath. Nobody wants to work on walk-ins, only hot tubs. Thank You Home Advisor.
Spa service was timely and quick. Very professional and easy to deal with. Since I know nothing about Spa repair, they could've easily taken me for much more money - making the job out to be a bigger job than it was. I appreciated them being honest up front stating that the repair was minor and for just being all-around decent guys.
