Fantastic customer service and quality work. Highly recommend!
They were prompt and did a good job. I gave them 5's.
Great service thank you!!
Both representative and serviceman, Alan, were very friendly and professional. I'm grateful they responded to my request for service.
I will always use Shortell in the future! Very professional, courteous, and reliable!
They were on time, two man team, worked diligently to identify and fix problem, drained, refilled, tuned up, price reasonable, exceeded expectations. Will hire for any future needs. Only drawback - it took a while to schedule but my need wasn't urgent so no issue to ultimately get it done. They are busy and they should be, they did great work.
