It is very hard to find anyone to work on a free standing spa, they were worth the wait.

They were very busy so it took a while to have my appointment but they were very pleasant to work with and did an excellent job.

I had to wait a couple of weeks because they were backed up on service calls, but it was certainly worth the wait. It took about 15 minutes to diagnose the problem and then he replaced the bad part. I was impressed with Allen's knowledge and ability to diagnose and fix the problem in less than an hour. If you want a service guy that knows his stuff and want it done right.... Call Shortell Spa Repair. I highly recommend these folks if you need service on your hot tub. Thanks Shortell!

Friendly, reliable service. I would call them before you give up on your Hot Tub or Spa. They are miracle workers and give great tips on keeping your Tub operational.

He is so busy - appointments are 1 week or 2 weeks out, but he is very much worth it!
