Alan and his family team business was refreshing to hire - they are extremely knowledgeable, had all parts available to completely fix the problem quickly and efficiently. Great company and experience! John Barnes Mansfield TX
He is a miracle worker!!! Our hot tub hadn't worked in about 3 years. He had it up and running in an hour. I thought we needed a new cover and he said no, just clean ours up. He was watching our money, which is unusual now-a-days. I would recommend him to all. He carried all the parts we would need to get us going. We thought we would need a new pump and he was able to clean our old one. This is my first time to use Home Advisor and I am very pleased.
No Veteran or senior discount. Otherwse very prompt and comprehensive service
There was a ten-day delay in receiving his service because of commitments to other customers.
Allen was very responsive to our request for service. We had previously ordered a repair part based on the recommendation of a previous repair service, which was not available for the install. He had to do some creative troubleshooting with the installation, and did a great job.
Responded quickly to request for service. Diagnosed the problem quickly Ordered repair parts quickly and installed them before the estimated completion date Would definitely hire him again
Allen was detail oriented and very knowledgeable . He takes pride in his work, and was very professional. I would definitely use his services again.
