Shortell returned my call promptly, made the appointment, came on time, and repaired the hot tub. To repair it, they had to drain the tub, remove a motor, replace a part, fix it, and fill the hot tub back up. When they left, the hot tub was “ready to go†and no mess left at all on the patio. Allan (owner) was courteous and professional. I highly recommend Shortell Spa Repair.
Good experience
He and his assistant were Johnny on the spot...fixed it and were gone. Am very pleased with this company and their knowledge and efficiency.
Friendly, prompt, performed exactly what I asked for at a very fair price.
very courteous and professional, this is the second time I have used them.
Very Knowledgeable and fast
Shortell took the time necessary to identify my spa problem, repaired my issue, and the repair cost was very reasonable. I recommend them to others needing spa repairs.
Prompt and professional!
