Excellent service always
Alan showed up on time with his helper. Got my hot tub up and running quickly. He is very professional and reasonably priced. When I need help again he is the only one I will call.

Shortell returned my call promptly, made the appointment, came on time, and repaired the hot tub. To repair it, they had to drain the tub, remove a motor, replace a part, fix it, and fill the hot tub back up. When they left, the hot tub was “ready to go†and no mess left at all on the patio. Allan (owner) was courteous and professional. I highly recommend Shortell Spa Repair.

He and his assistant were Johnny on the spot...fixed it and were gone. Am very pleased with this company and their knowledge and efficiency.
