Very professional, had parts on hand and very informative of what my hot tub needed
very professional
I would like to thank Alan for the outstanding work he did on my hot tub. He is professional & courteous along with being clean , knowledgeable & efficient. I was impressed that he had the parts right on his truck. I will continue to use Shortell if I need any more repairs on this or future hot tubs. He knows what he is doing. He also upgraded the light so I can have all; the colors instead of just one.
If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. They completely upgraded my aging spa and had it running in one visit and 3 hours.
The Company reps did a good job and were friendly and efficient.
My tub has a whirlpool in it. They came in, knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it very quickly.
