Wonderful people to do business with!
Super professional and efficient. So happy I found them! Makes me less nervous about owning an older but well loved spa. Don t hesitate to hire them. Great communication and customer service as well.
Service man had the flu which delayed or call 2 more weeks. Work was great and he had everything he needed on the truck. All done in one trip!
I am a long time hot tub owner. My previous repairman had retired. Shortell did excellent work, appeared as scheduled, had a hard to find part on the truck and did the work at a very fair price. I am a customer from now on.
Great service.
