Allen was on time for appointment. Located problem with unit and replaced heater unit. Had all parts on service van. Reassembled unit and cleaned workspace. Very knowledgeable. Friendly service

Shortell is a great spa repair company. Scheduling was easy and appointment follow-up was very useful, especially since the apointment is a couple days away. Kim was on top of all admin. Al arrived on tme and was courteous and extremly knowledgeable about my model type (and all makes in general). My primary reason for the appointment was for my training in the Coleman spa. He solved in less that 15 mins what an electrician should have known. I appreciated his diligence and patience "without" a manual only expertise to know a single wire was not correct.
Both Alan and Kim are very professional and friendly. Their service is a very good value for the dollar spent.
