We were able to have our hot tub repaired quickly and efficiently by Shortell Spa Repair. The service tech had the repair part in his van and took less than 2 hours, including pumping the water out and refilling the tub, to complete the job. Everyone I spoke with there was very courteous. Iâ ll definitely call them again if I need hot tub repairs.
They are professional and prompt. However, it has taken 2 weeks to get an appointment, even when the previous appointment did not correct the problem.
Good people. Fair. Price. Reliable and
They responded quickly. On time. Very professional. I ll call them again next time I need a repair. Recommended.
Great communication and fair price. Repaired hot tub day of and is up and running great!
Excellent service and charges were fair for the repairs required.
The guy called ahead to let us know he was in route and showed up earlier than the scheduled time!!! Which was great for us. Very professional and explained everything while he was fixing our Clearwater Hot tub. He even sold us a new cover for cheaper than anyplace we found online. Definitely recommend this company! Finding your own parts online for a clear water tub can be a pain in the you know what! These folks were amazing and the price was decent for the work he did. No complaints from this happy customer!
The pro is working on getting parts Gave diagnosis and reasonable in price.
