Quick service. Showed up on time. Had parts on the van and had me up and running same-day. The tech was professional, polite, and very knowledgable. And price was great! I couldn't get anyone to come out or when I did have an appointment, no one showed up. Shortell Spa Repair got me back up and running again. No issues.
I had the pleasure of using Shortell spa repair. I have a stand alone hot tub so trying to find somebody to repair that is near impossible So I was really lucky to come across Alan Shortell. I booked my appointment, they communicated before arrival to let me know on the way and he showed up on time. He was very polite and got right in there to see what the problem was. He was very knowledgeable of what he was doing and communicated well with me about what was wrong and what all was needed to be done. He had everything on han... read more
Awesome service. Awesome prices. Right on time and fixed all the problems I was having with my out of date spa. My spa is a cascade tiger river spa, which they dont make anymore. Alan cross referenced it and was able to change out the control board reprogram it and make everything work again. Fixed my light in my spa to work also. My go to spa repair guy from now on.
Alan and Kim did an outstanding job wiring a sauna for us. They communicated well, got the job done efficiently, and were transparent and fair with the costs. Would absolutely recommend them to others.
Company van driver almost just ran me off the road. Got the company from back off truck.
