9-15-26 - Update - I LOVE KIM AND ALAN WITH SHORTELL SPA REPAIR! We have an older Jacuzzi and it needs some love every so often! Alan is a Jedi Master of fixing these things! They came out to our Farm House today, diagnosed the problem, swapped out a circulatory pump and got us back up and running in no time! They are worth every penny! They are very professional! They are very FAST! I can highly recommend this Husband/Wife Team! Give 'em a Call! Tell 'em Jeremy in Cameron sent ya!
Do not look any further. The most pleasant experience with any repair I?ve had done in 73 years. Alan and Kim take great pride in doing the job right. I would recommend their company to anyone that wants it done correctly at a fair price.
They were the consummate professionals. Absolutely top notch. I?m a retired General Contractor and I?m sharing there contact information with all my sub contractors and won?t hesitate to contact them in the future for any additional work that I need. By far the most knowledgeable and experienced company I?ve dealt with in quite some time !!! They are EXCELLENT !!!!!!
Excellent work and quick response. I could not be more pleased with the service.
Alan came out to look at the repairs needed and gave me a quote. He came back a few days later with the material and made the repairs. My tub is very old so after filling I had some leaks. i called Shortell and Alan came back out and fixed the leaks which were not part of his original quote. I would recommend Shortell for any hot tub work. Randy
Alan did an excellent and speedy job of putting a new pump on my hot tub. He also gave me some good advice enhance on how to maintain the hot tub. very pleased.
Excellent work, on time, but expensive.
Timely contact and scheduling service. Service done efficiently and kept me informed of problems and issues throughout the process.
