Could not have gone better! I had a very hard time finding someone in my area who would work on spas like mine. Kim at Shortell reached out, was very thorough in her questions, and made sure she had all the information needed to get my spa fixed.â� ¨Alan and Kim both showed up right on time, diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes and the repair was finished in 2 hours. We were able to have our hot tub repaired quickly and efficiently by Shortell Spa Repair. The service tech had the repair part in his van and took less than 2 hours, including pumping the water out and refilling the tub, to complete the job. Everyone I spoke with there was very courteous. Iâ ll definitely call them again if I need hot tub repairs.
They are professional and prompt. However, it has taken 2 weeks to get an appointment, even when the previous appointment did not correct the problem.
