I just returned from our worst vacation ever thanks to the management at Shores of Panama. They put us in a room with broken bunk beds, no phone, no internet, no cable tv, burnt out lights, a filthy room...and the list goes on forever. The worst part was the supervisor Donna Dybis, she promised to move us on day one and "make things right", yet she never followed through on anything.
Wait on elevators are ridiculous, usually 30 min. No room service, u have to wait in line and give ID to get luggage cart, so we just carried everything in several trips. Pay extra to be able to access the pool and beach. Room was nice. Parking garage is awful.

My experience her was horrible! It was nasty and the customer service was pathetic! Lounge chairs were broke, hallways, elevators,and my room was dirty. I had them come clean it. They took my towels and through them along with others on a picnic table while I was down a the beach with my little boy. I paid to get to use these chairs and they were broke. The beach was nasty! Beer bottles and garbage throughout! Highly disappointed! Will never be back again. Destin - Sandestin Beach Resort puts this place to shame.
Booked a room for 10 people, placed in a room for 8. Checked in at 2:00 and let the front office know immediately. Were told we would receive air mattresses as soon as possible but did not get them until 9:00 (at least 6 hours later and with numerous requests to get them to the room). One did not hold air and they were delivered with no sheets, blankets, or pillows. We immediately requested these items and did not receive them until 11:00, when everyone was already in bed. My vacation there was not good,when I made reservation I requested lower floor,I don't like heights,I was assured it would not be a problem.When I got there they had me on 12th floor,They had nothing else available for me,so they said.I was told I would be contacted by Management that never happened,went to front desk every day and no one from Management would ever talk to or try to make things right.The management there is horrible,on top of everything else there was dirty dishes in cabinets the can opener was broke.i will ... read more
