I love the suites 3br and 3bath and the crowded pool. Here's my pet peeve== People would leave towels on the lounge chairs around the pool and claim them. The kicker here is no one is sitting on them.....just towels! Most of the chairs are empty. Years before that, that was not allowed and the sign that says that "towels on the chairs, does not guarantee you a chair" (In that sense) What happened to this "fair" rule????

Waste of money!!!!! Do not stay here!!! The price you get quoted does NOT include pool passes, our room has a leak in the kitchen, ice maker does not work, dishwasher about to come out of the hole - poor workmanship, very minimal on dishes, PARKING IS HORRIBLE! ! and it's in a deck!! Especially if you have a SUV, luckily we have a Camry. AND THE ELEVATORS! !! Definitely not enough is the most POSITIVE thing I can say!!!!! I repeat do not waste your money on this place. ALSO the free WiFi is touch and go at best!!!

Do not go to the so called resort. We had to take the stairs a lot because the elevators don't work. Old elevators - fees - the staff is crazy rude.

Well got here yesterday , after we finally found the way in the parking garage it is 7 floors and goes up in circles it's not very wide so one vehicle at a time in turn. You have to be very careful because the ones coming down will hit you head on. When we finally found the room parking place and but we had 3 vehicles so the others had to find a parking place. But the spaces are so narrow you cant open your car doors so you have to get it out and hope you don't get in any ones way cause if you do they yell get the fuck out o... read more

Where to start??? Pictures online are old!! The only nice staff there were the attendees in parking garage. The front desk is useless and staff is very rude. Had power outage on July 4th and the manager at the front was EXTREMELY RUDE. Don't go here!!! Only thing nice about resort was pool. Paid top $$ for a run down resort. Very disappointed.. Live and learn I suppose.

This is the worst resort we have EVER stayed in!!! You will wait 30-45 minutes for elevators!!!! They have 6 elevators for 23 floors of 30 units per floor!!!! The parking is terrible too! There is one way in & I way out, you can barely make it around the corners way too close. The pool is beautiful, but they need more that 24 additional chairs! If you don't go down before 6 am and put towels on chairs, you won't get one. Even though there is a sign stating "towels left before 9am will be removed" . I would rate this resort a... read more

Very nice pool and great location. Our condo was nice also but the elevators were slow and had no a/c and were dirty.

Dont waste your money rooms are not clean or rdy when u get there my room looked like Chewbacca took a shower it was nasty and whatever u do dont ppay for parking cuz youll never get your reserve spot and the parking garage is the worst thing ever just do yourself a favor and don't stay in any large hotels

dirty carpets, dirty bathrooms, bad elevators, parking for owners takes up far too many places, room pass cards need programming better, front desk confusion all the time, broken furniture, poorly trained clean-up crews....need we say any-more? One star only because I must put something there!
