Beautiful facility! Can't wait to go back!
While the condo we had was very nice the elevators were horrible. Took us 2 hours to get our luggage upstairs. Room was ready 2 hours after check in. Guy at the front counter was horribly rude. The other employees did as best as they could. On our way down we literally had to get on the luggage cart in the elevator because there was no room. Not a good place for families. The day before we left I was stuck on the elevator for a few minutes and needless to say very unpleasant. We will not be returning.

Do NOT come here!! This place was the absolute worst condo I've ever stayed in in Panama City. Although the pools and condos are nice, the elevators are horrendous, the parking garage is too small, ignorant people taking your "reserved" parking spots, and most of all, paying $30/day to use the swimming pool and have access to the beach. The first day we got here we waited 20+ minutes to take our luggage to the condo...finally we gave up and walked 14 flights of stairs with our luggage to our condo. Do not stay here. While the photos and the room quality are inviting there are serious flaws in the hotel design. Parking and leaving is a 5-10 minute struggle where you will drive around in a spiral to upper floors where finally you will get to unreserved spots. Your trip to and from the beach will include another 10 minute wait for elevators. Beaches are crowded and unruly with drinking and fights. Pool bathrooms get locked unexplainably during large nighttime pool events. You can find better cheaper and less crowded.
