I don't understand all the negative reviews. My husband and I spent a few days here for my birthday. We never encountered any issues with broken elevators or anything else. Our view was amazing! We stayed on the 18th floor and had a view of the pool and beach. It looked just as beautiful as the pictures. The condos are within walking distance of several places and no more than 10 minutes drive from several other attractions. The staff we met were all nice. We would definitely stay here again. (P.S. This is the WORST place ever. Elevators took forever one got stuck and the license on them were out of date. Very little parking due to so many reserved places. Our bathroom and dishwasher was nasty. At night ( 11-12pm) people were yelling from the balcony's and nothing was done to stop it. We will never be back it was terrible. Don't let the pool persuade you.

I really enjoyed staying there!! The pool was great & the DJ @ the pool is awesome!! My kids really enjoyed dancing (: Our view was beautiful!! Can be packed when it comes to chairs @ the pool but the activities for the kids, food & drinks make up for it. You could stay there or the beach & have plenty to do ((:

This place needs a Negative star!! I went with my niece and she forgot some clothes and housekeeping stole them!! Not only that we had to call several times just to get cups and forks! No broom no wash towels and no hand towels had to beg for bath towels DO NOT GO HERE!!!
Well the view is nice from rooms, but this place sucks, for all the money you pay to stay there. Parking sucks, my girlfriend an I got stuck in elevators with 6 other people, for about 4 minutes.a manager was in elevator with us an told us it's fine then we get stuck,I pried door open and got everyone out.Going up an down stairs sucks. We thought this place was amazing from the photos. We pulled into parking deck and sat for 30 min grid locked just to get to the 3rd floor. Parking spaces are TIGHT. Everytime we left we had to pull out just to put our 2 year old in her seat. Then.....we paid $160 (this was for 2 adults and 1 toddler) to use the pool....which we never got chairs at unless you wake up at 6am to "save" a chair. NO COOLERS NO EXCEPTIONS.
