This place has the worst elevators ever. We're talking 30 minute waits here! Parking deck is to tight and you can only park in not reserved spots which is like 5 spots! Never again!!
Just checked in today and am highly disappointed. Only one person checking people in, parking is a nightmare and the elevators are extremely slow. Then we get inside the condo - nothing like the pictures. Kitchen barely has anything to cook with - very sparse. I have the largest unit available and there is only a 4 cup coffee maker. No ice maker, no ice trays and no ice on premises. You are not allowed to lower the AC below 71. Not the cleanest place either. We will NEVER stay here again. We had a great room but the check in process is a nightmare and the elevators are ridiculous.
ATTENTION OWNERS & MANAGEMENT This is what you get at Shores of Panama, if I owned a unit, I would be greatly concerned about my investment. I wrote this complaint and what I was offered was a $250.00 gift card! Not enough to even pay for my gas to get there. I cannot get anyone to return my calls just like while we were there! Redneck trailer parks have more class than this place. Horrible customer service. Actually horrible is generous. Parking is a nightmare on a good day. Yelling off balconies, banging pots and pans like a prison riot every night. Shall I continue?
It was overall a1... Location..condos spacey & neat..movies by the pool..bar by the pool...great vacation spot!!!
Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Booked online then got the run around when we checked in. Be prepared to wait hours for the elevators or lug your shit up the stairs. Check in was a total cluster fuck. They ration the 5 shirty luggage carts they own and hold you drivers license like a hostage until you return the rickity cart to them. I need a refund please! I'm on the 20th floor and the elevator is broken?? WTF How much did we pay to sty here???? Very disappointed and will never stay here again nor will my friends and family! Parking sucks our key to the door has quit working 3 times AND WERE ON THE 20th floor.... I hate this place with a passion. To many problems for the price we paid.
