I really would not even give a full star. Worst place I have ever stayed down here. Parking garage is a nightmare. Pool is cloudy and nasty. Also, they continue to close it. Beach is nasty from trash people throw out. Elevators are terrible. Please allow 20 minutes to use them. Management is rude. They gave free drinks one day because of pool then bartender was rude and refused to make any more house drinks. Acted like it was our problem that this place sucks. Not a favorable experience! Too few elevators wait was terrible. Parking deck spaces too small. Pool closed too much, slow lines at check in, maintenance very very close to respond! No one knows about anything when something goes wrong. Showers from beach to pool not working, passes for chairs given but not honored. I could go on for ever ,do do your self a favor and go somewhere else!
Horrible experience! Will not be staying here again!!!! Wish I could leave now and get money back! Our balcony door does not lock!! The elevators are extremely slow plan to wait atleast 30 mins then they are hot! The pool is nasty dirty and they closed it an entire day even after we had to pay the fee to use it and can't use it! The locate causes extreme over crowded beaches!! We will not be back or refer anyone to come to shores of panama!!!!! Not they way I want to spend my vacation after all the money we spent!!!!!!!
A nightmare !!! Rm 314 too small for even a table and not clean. Outside hallways narrow and dirty. Cigarettes everywhere.
We had to cut our family vacation from 1 week to 2 nights!! Don't know where to start from the dirty over crowded pool full of hair and food that was shut down by the health department and people throwing bottles out of their balconies into the pool and dirty beach or the elevators that take for ever with no ventilation nor AC. Parking deck is a nightmare! Or the 3 bedroom apartment "unit 2031" that supposedly fits 10 people had 2 queen beds and one king bed, the countertop that was loose and about to fall at any given momen... read more
Place is at an excellent location. It is pretty, but did not like the fact of having dog poop around the location. Huge place for a few elevators. The wait is ridiculous (for elevators ). Would look for another place on next visit.
