My husband and I stayed there last summer and we loved it. The parking garage and elevators are indeed a huge pain! That needs to be fixed. But our room was wonderful, the view was perfect and the staff was accommodating. We never actually used the pool but had access to the beach with our arms bands. Total dump!!!! Awful! Treated like a spring breaker and every area of this resort smelt like vomit. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE!! Disgusting!!
My family had a great experience at Shores of Panama! I book and read the reviews after, and i was terrified by all of the negative reviews! We stayed in a superior two bedroom condo. It was very specious, clean, and nicely decorated. The only issue that we had was when we first arrived, I was told by at check-in that I wasn't scheduled to arrive until the following day, which was quickly resolved and everything was smooth from there. Our condo was decorated so cute and it was very clean. The resort is nice and clean also. Check-in was seamless and we had no problem with parking. The only downside was that we had no service or weak signal on our cell phones the entire stay. We had to use the wifi to communicate with friends and family through Facebook Messenger.
We love shores! We have stayed her twice this time in a top corner room and we are in love! The staff is always friendly and try the best to accommodate the rude people who they had to deal with! I watched this first hand while checking in and let me say the staff won't be rude unless you are rude first! I'm not crazy about the new pool fee, but you get what you pay for and the pool here is amazing!
my family and i (10 people two condos ) came here hoping to have an awesome vacation ! well it was far from awesome, first you have to walk a mile to your room like a maze,parking deck was ridiculous took 20 mins. to get to assigned parking space. that they are very stingy with you have to pay for public beach access along with pool access majority of staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming get your license ready, if you have more baggage than you are able to carry?' that's the only way you will get a baggage cart, so, emotiona... read more
I would give zero stars if it were an option. STOP NOW!!! Find another place to stay!!!!! Staff is extremely rude. System is extremely unorganized. Don't know about the quality of various amenities because they LOST our reservation. I started trying to call 24 hours in advance to let them know we would be a late check in. NEVER got anyone to answer the phone and left messages and didn't get a returned phone call until AFTER we drove 10 hours to find out we didn't have a room......
