This by far was the worst place we have ever stayed at. The room was nothing like they told us. The air wouldn't drop below 77. For the kind of money we spent we should not have been sweating all night. Things were broken in the room. The room was NOT clean !!!! NO Mattress covers, the beds had pee stains all over them. Horrible service- very unorganized. wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Not the place to come for Thunder Beach and have a trailer with an oversized vehicle. Paid all that money and not guaranteed a place to park. Apartment is beautiful.
Well didn't have the best experience the first time I stayed but I got sent a promo code and I was like hey I'll atleast check it out when you go to use the code however there are no availible rooms but without the code there are plenty...yea cause that makes sense....also nice job raising your prices by 300 dollars for the same week I stayed last year I mean for what you spend to stay here you would expect better but believe me you will be dissapointed everything they do is a little shady to say the least. My girlfriends and I checked out today, and we were very satisfied with our stay. We would love to stay at Shores of Panama again next time we come down! We rented through a private owner (unit 914), so we didn't have to check in, but the staff that we did speak to were very kind and helpful. The view from our condo, and undoubtedly every other one, was beautiful and priceless!
This is our 3rd time staying...we always rent through VBRO..that is the key! Never through the actuall condo ...it's Florida ..it's spring break...of course there will be teenagers , and long lines from families, but u expect that..take a breath and relax your on vacation..Room was clean and nice as always..staff was very nice. If you don't pay to use the pool you are not even allowed to walk past the pool to get to and from the beach so best put your walking boots on to hike around the entire complex if you plan to go to the beach. The maid service clearly sucks as the room was disgusting and this place has not done any updates since it opened, no new carpet or paint, nothing. This place is turning into a dump very quickly, was highly disappointed.
My friends and are are currently here and it's been amazing. Not sure about the rooms rented via the resort, but our room was rented via Book That Condo and everything is perfect! If you come to PCB, stay here!!!
