We been staying here for years now. This year has not been one of the better ones. It's run down, they are allowing people to be in the pool all hours of the night"1:00-". Allowing very very loud crazy music to be played all night and morning "LOUD". No security except the front. Dirty dirty and can't get a set at the pool people are saving sets lots lots of towels in chairs but no people. It's sad we have really enjoyed this resort for many years. Whom ever is over it now is let the owners down.
I just got back from a 11 day vacation and it was great. We booked thru VRBO I never had any issues like the horror stories I've read on here. I mean yea elevators took a little bit but never waited long. You also have 23 floors too. The parking was fine and I always had a spot. The staff was friendly. The only thing I don't like is the amenity fee. That's just an easy way to take your money. But all in all it was awesome and the condo was beautiful.
This is the worst resort I have stayed at. The hallways and elevators are dirty and unkept. The condo was not much better. They say quite time is at 11 but that is not infoeced at all. With hollering and loud music. The only good thing about it is the pool. But we heard security yelling at guest when they entered the area after a storm. They did not put up any signs. Just kept yelling at everyone. The beach area is overcrowded as well. Will never stay here again for sure.
This is the biggest joke of a place I have ever stayed. Parking is horrific, checked into a condo that sleeps eight! There were 2 bath towels, no cookie sheet, no spatula, no pot holders, ceiling fan was hanging by wires, and to top it off....we had a security guard beating on our door at two in the morning to inform us there was water coming out from underneath our door. Worst place to stay! Took 4 hours to check-in, parking was a joke, unfriendly staff, wouldn't speak with Expedia so we could cancel; elevators were awful; armband policy with security constantly checking you was ridiculous; "state of the art fitness center" included 2 precor machines, 1 bike and 2 treadmills-1 of the 2 treadmills was broke-wouldn't recommend this to ANYONE! Stay clear of this hotel!!!
My family just spent 4 nights 5 days here this Summer was our 5th or 6th visit. We love it! Rent from a individual owner and not a property managing company! I think you will be pleased. All of these negative reviews I have seen on here not one of those came up. People speak of no coolers at pool deck, no pool chairs, and slow elevators.
