We had to purchase an armband just to get into the pool area even if you were just going to the beach. $35.00 per Person per day. Other than that it a beautiful place
Nice hotel and pool is awesome,,,, resort fee over priced,, but overall great time
Front desk staff were rude and not helpful at all. No WiFi or phone in the condo the entire time there....there was one remote for all the TV's and it didn't have batteries, condo needs updated, furniture is worn out, walls need painted, all the furniture on the patio was cheap and broken. Too many fee's which I thought were paid before arrival but weren't.. on the positive side the weather was perfect and the beach attendants were awesome!

Broke down. Coffee table, the top glass was missing. Walls were dirty & in need of some paint. kitchen table, 2 of the chairs were broken. Master bedroom bed was so hard i got up and slept on the couch! Bathroom in the master had some hair stuck to the wall. There were baseboards missing in the entryway. Random bugs in the codo. Absolutely, nothing like the pictures on their website. Oh, did I mention that we were supposed to be ocean front & we were a side view.
One of the worst experiences ever. Additional fees are astronomical for a place dated 20 years old, service is terrible, and on. Only positive is the view. Do not stay here!
I stayed with my sister... a getaway after the loss of our mother. It couldn't have been better. We enjoyed being close to the beach, parasailing, being served drinks at the pool, and the view was marvelous! I also felt safe there with the garage nearby and the security on hand... close, but not obvious. This has been the best place I've ever stayed.
The front desk was horrible NO HELP at all!! Our 1st room had wet paint signs on the door how do you stay with a 1 year old with wet paint. The 2nd room was better on the inside but the balcony was full of pigeon poop and must have had a pigeon die on the balcony cause there was a big spot of blood and all they did was pull the stool over the big spot of blood. You go there to enjoy the balcony and spend most of your time outside. And they people you rent the chairs and umbrellas from were totally RUDE I will take my busines... read more
