This place was no good the parking was so bad my mom had to let us out before Parking there is more than that
It's ok. But the elevators seriously suck, we've spent more time on them/waiting then anything else.
This place is an absolute dump! The pics online are very deceiving. The pool looked so good, but when we got here was so nasty we would not even get in it. To start with, we came in my husbands truck and asked where parking for oversized vehicles was located and was told they do not accommodate oversized vehicles. We finally got in a room at 9:00 pm. The first room we were given was so nasty, they gave us another one. The second room wasn't much better, but had at least been vacuumed and there weren't holes in the walls. Eve... read more
This was the worst place I've ever staid at. NOT WORTH THE MONEY! !
I will never stay here again. It was one disaster after another. It was also filthy! The customer service here is the worst I've ever experienced. Please stay away from this place. You will regret ever staying here. You could here every person you walked by at this resort, saying the same horrible stories over and over. It always ended with "we will never stay here again!"
Absolutely horrible! Ridiculous & broken elevators, the most rude staff EVER & definitely NOT a family friendly resort! The amenity fee for the pool that you can never get a bench to and the wristbands you're forced to wear all week are just icing on the cake. I wouldn't recommend this resort to my worst enemy!
There is a lot places in Panama City way better then this the service is horrible elevators so slow mean people at front desk beautiful pool but that's it never come back here
If there was zero stars I will choose that bad service never come back here again not a good place
