If their was an option to choose no stars that's what I would rate this place, horrible staff, was treated like sh** Says on their website resort and hotel, you can forget about hotel part. Tiki bars were out of service, gym is s matchbox for such a "resort" Jacuzzi was cold. Left a few boxes of food on the table and were told we trashed the room. Over all the disgusting. I would have rather slept on the beach, Would not recommend to anyone.
Just made It in and our condo is beautiful! I Cant wait to Spend My spring break here.
We Sooo enjoyed our stay! So sorry there were negative reviews. The ppl we rented from were great! During peak times of the day, the elevators were busy, but that happens anywhere. Very good amenities. Family and Grandchildren (especially) love the pool. One area enters into pool like the shore of the beach. Have been staying there since it opened!
Do not reccomend!! Horrible customer service!!! I advise nobody to stay here at all
Very nice very nice faculty with a lot of cluck for your buck 2 bedroom 3 full bath condo for under $800 not to many places around for that
My family and I just stayed at Shores of Panama last week. It was absolutely wonderful. Everything was clean, the room was just as beautiful as you see on the website and everyone was very friendly. We will definitely stay there again next year.
I loved our condo not to mention all the activities they had going on for free. Great place to stay and highly recommended
I have no idea what all these bad reviews are about. Every room has a beach view as well as the staff was nothing but helpful. This place is amazing if you know you have to pay for your wristband for all access to pool beach and other things. The only bad thing is the parking garage (people like to fly around corners) and when its busy the elevators are impossible.
Not even worth half a star!!! Not karts available to unload your luggage, the reception desk carpet was filthy. 15 minutes to catch one of 2 elevators without A/c. The walls were dirty, paper on the hallways. Dirty and ripped bathroom towels and the worst: $735 for 2 nights! This place should be shut down . Not recommended to Anyone.
