I went and took a tour of 10 light street yesterday I loved everything about it,it seems to good to be true.i especially loved how they turned an old space around and made it look modern,I hope to be a resident here very soon.the apartments where reasonably priced for what they where offering and the amenities are second to none.i would of though you'd pay more then what there asking for a studio apartment,granted my view is a 3 out of 10 and the living space is tiny, I'm totally fine with that.hope to live here very soon
The apartments themselves are very nice but the office staff is horrible. I have had numerous leaks in my apartment and each time they have drug their feet rectifying. Currently have a blower in my bedroom that they left two days ago and am still waiting for a return call from the new property manager or a response from the email I sent to them this morning.
RecommendedThis is a really good place to live, organized, clean, fun, the whole crew that works here are really profesional. Especially Sakura Baron 🙂

I love living here at Gables Shorecrest Club! As someone who’s living on the Penthouse Floor for over 2 years, they have wonderful amenities and fun activities for the residents and pets created by the staff! From the Head Security Supervisor Andrea, to Leasing Agents Rosie, Alejandro and Finance Manager Sakura Baron! Everyone is very pleasant and understanding regardless of needs! I love it here! The office team is amazing! From Alejandro who held our hands through the whole move in process, we were super annoying and indecisive but he knew how to lead us to the perfect apartment and was so patient! Kadian and Sakura, the managers, are always there with welcoming smiles and always willing and passionate about helping me!
